we are open for you! We are happy to inform you about our safety precautions and rules regarding coronavirus in our house. Please read our hygiene concept below.
Hygiene concept Hotel Klughardt

To protect our guests and staff from infection and further spread of the Covid-19 virus, all persons present in the building agree to abide by the following infection control principles and hygiene rules.
If the safety measures are not adhered to, we must consistently make use of our house rights.
According to the respective valid regulations, arriving guests have to present appropriate certificates (valid negative coronary test, proof of vaccination, convalescent) without being asked, which entitle them to stay. The negative coronary test must be updated and presented independently in accordance with the valid rhythm.
Persons with contact with Covid-19 cases in the last 14 days and persons with Covid-19 associated symptoms (including acute, non-specific general symptoms, fever, loss of smell and taste, cough, respiratory symptoms of any severity) are excluded from staying at our facility.
If guests develop such symptoms during their stay, they must isolate themselves immediately, refrain from entering the common areas and end their stay as soon as possible.
Furthermore, there is an obligation to report to the health department if guests test positive for the Covid-19 virus during their stay.
Mask requirement
Guests over the age of 15 must wear an FFP2 mask indoors and staff and other service providers must wear a medical face mask within the scope of occupational health and safety regulations. Children and young people between the ages of six and 15 are only required to wear a mouth/nose covering. Children up to the age of 6 are exempt from the mask requirement.
Minimum distance
Wherever possible, the minimum distance of 1.5 metres between persons shall be maintained.
Sanitary area
The public toilet is currently closed, please use the toilet in your room.
Registration requirement
For subsequent contact tracing in the event of a subsequently identified Covid-19 case, the necessary contact details will be collected from all guests and passed on to the relevant health authorities if necessary. By staying in our house, the guest expressly agrees to this disclosure of contact details
Room
Your rooms will be well aired and all relevant surfaces disinfected before arrival. We are happy to offer to dispense with complete cleaning for longer stays. Missing utensils can be obtained from our service staff at any time.
Breakfast
We maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 metres between tables. They are placed by our service staff. A station for hand sanitising is ready for you. You will be served at the table, locked breakfast products are available at the buffet. You may remove your mask at the table, if you move around the breakfast room please put your mask on.
Air cleaning and disinfection
In all public areas we ventilate regularly and there is cleaning of all surfaces, door handles and handrails of stairs with disinfection several times a day.
Employees
Our employees are trained regularly and tested weekly. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please follow the instructions of our staff regarding our hygiene concept.
